Q. How does SoftTouch licensing work?

A. Licensing for SoftTouch allows a certain number of people to call and use your auto attendant at the same time. You can purchase licensing for 4, 8, 16, 32 or more callers. We can help you determine how much licensing you will need.

Q. Is licensing a one time cost?

A. Yes.

Q. Is financing available?

A. Yes. For the software costs only. Hardware is not financed.

Q. How much does SoftTouch cost?

A. Please contact our sales department for a quote. We will try to tailor your quote to your needs.

Q. What are the various costs involved to start a new system?

A. You should consider these costs:

  • phone service (either phone lines or T1s/E1s)

  • a suitable computer

  • Dialogic analog or digital hardware

  • software licensing costs

  • internet connection

Please note: We support voIP (voice over IP) and no hardware or phone service is required (other than a fast computer).
