This button opens up the menus screen:

The menus screen is used to manage the main menu, personal options menu as well as control other types of systems such as classified ads and auto-attendants. Because of the complexity of this screen, the documentation for it is still being developed. If you need to add or remove options from your main menu or personal options menus, please contact support for assistance. All customers will be notified once the menu screen documentation is available.
