
This button opens up the monitor screen:

Active channels (phone lines) will appear in the left pane.
In that pane will be displayed the channel number, the location in the system
of the caller, as well as the status of the channel (disconnected, connected,
etc.). You can press the
button in order to
refresh the left pane (if necessary). The pane updates every 2 seconds
automatically unless the “Pause Update” box under the pane is
checked.
In the right pane will appear per-channel activity. The
right pane allows you to watch as people use the system. Only channels with the
“Monitor” field set to “Monitoring (complete)” in the
“Channels Screen” will show detailed information. See the
discussion on the “Channels Screen” for more information. The
button
can be used to clear the right pane. The “Pause Update” box under
the right pane will keep that pane from adding more information.
Note: For those sites using the SoftTouch “remote
application”, SoftTouch will only transmit monitor screen information to
the remote application if the monitor screen is open. If the monitor is closed, information
will not be sent.
